When you sign up for fibre optic broadband, you get all the help you need included in the package. That means free servicing and repairs on your broadband connection and Virgin Media Super Hub, plus 24/7 technical support over the phone for any niggles that might crop up.

We've also got a selection of apps to make things easier and safer for you online. These include up to 10 email addresses for you and your family and anti-virus protection, so you can stay safe while you stay connected.

Service availability: SERVICES AVAILABLE IN VIRGIN MEDIA CABLED STREETS ONLY. Subject to survey and network capacity, minimum term contract applies, check basket for details. If you cancel during the minimum contract period you will incur an early disconnection fee. 
Installation: Installation charges apply (starting from £49.95 for standard install).
Payment: Offers require you to pay by Direct Debit and use eBilling. If you prefer not to pay by Direct Debit, you will incur a monthly £5 payment handling fee payable to Virgin Media Payments Ltd.
