During the warranty period, we shall at our option replace or repair the wireless kit free of charge provided that it has been kept, used and maintained in strict accordance with instructions given to you by us or the manufacturer and has not been modified or altered. Warranty not applicable if: (a) the defect is due to interference with or maintenance of the wireless kit by persons other than us or our authorised representatives; (b) the defect is of a minor nature which does not substantially affect the use of the wireless kit.
