Managing your tariff

You’re on a great Pay As You Go tariff – now make the most of it. We’ll show you how to check how much credit you’ve got left and how to switch your tariff if you fancy a change.

1. Register or log in to Your Account online. Your tariff is displayed on the Summary page
2. Get the My Account app on your Android phone
3. Call 789 on your Virgin Mobile

There are four ways to check your remaining minutes, texts and data.

  • Register or log in to Your Account online
  • Get the free My Account app on your Android mobile
  • Call 789 from your mobile and you’ll hear a recorded message telling you your balance
  • Text ‘BALANCE’ to 789000 and we’ll send you a text with your up-to-the minute balance
