The charge for your tariff will increase with your July bill each year. Any increase will be in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) rate of inflation at the time, and we’ll always give you 30 days’ notice of the exact increase each year.
*Includes calls to 0800, 0845, 0870 and 0808 numbers

With unlimited data, texts and minutes to landlines, any mobile network and 08 numbers, it doesn’t get much better than our Unlimited Freestyle tariff. If you have our broadband or TV, we don’t think you’ll find a better deal anywhere else.

Your bills are at your beck and call in your online area, Your Account. We’ll even notify you by text or email when your bill’s ready.

My Account app to help you manage your account on the move
Manage your account on the move with this clever Android app. Pay Monthly customers can see how many minutes, texts and data they have left this month, while Pay As You Go customers can check their balance or top up their credit from the sofa, on a bus, or wherever.

Free text alerts to help you stay in your allowance
We send you free text alerts when you’re nearing the end of your minutes, text or data allowance. So you feel in control of what you’re spending – and there are no nasty surprises on your bill!
