How to find out when your contract ends

Generally speaking, most mobile contracts end 24 months after the date they started. You can usually find this start date on your bill or welcome email. If you still need more information, let us help point you in the right direction for some of the other main providers.

For O2 customers

  • Log in to My O2
  • Go to ‘My tariff summary’ to view your contract end date
  • Or just call 202 free from your O2 mobile
  • For Three customers

  • Your contract end date will be on the letter or email you received when you joined Three or upgraded.
  • Or just call 333 or 0333 300 3333 free from your Three mobile
  • For Vodafone customers

  • Log in to My Account
  • Go to ‘Upgrade’ to view your contract end date
  • Or just call 191 free from your Vodafone mobile

  • For Sainsbury's customers

  • If you don’t have a 30-day prepay bundle that renews automatically, then you’re free to switch now!
  • If you do have a recurring bundle set up, just log in to Your Mobile account to cancel it
  • For EE customers

  • Log in to Your Account
  • View your upgrade date and add one month to get your contract end date
  • Or just call 150 free from your EE mobile
  • For Tesco Mobile customers

  • Log in to your Pay Monthly account to view your contract end date
  • Or just call 4422 free from your Tesco Mobile phone
