1) Place your order

Pick one of our great value bundles or packages, or make things personal by building your own. Once you’ve made your choice, select a set up date (usually within the next 14 days).

2) Cancel your existing services

Contact your current provider and ask to cancel. They’ll give you a disconnection date. Make sure you’re out of contract before you cancel to avoid any potential termination fees.

3) Get connected

One of our friendly engineers will pop out to install your new services and show you how everything works. If you’d prefer to set things up yourself we may be able to send you a Quickstart pack.
