Top-up weekends daily bonus promotion

Who: Virgin Mobile Daily Bonus customers.

How does it work : Top-up with £10 on a weekday (that’s from 00:00am on Monday to 23:59pm Friday) during the Promotion Period and you will be eligible to send unlimited free texts within the UK (the “Free Allowance”) that weekend (that’s 00:00am on Saturday to 23.59pm on Sunday – the “Weekend Period”).

Things you need to know about the Free Allowance: The Free Allowance is for your personal, non-commercial use only and is subject to a fair use limit of 750 texts over the Weekend Period. If we think your use is excessive or we reasonably suspect that you are abusing the service we may ask you to moderate your usage and/or we reserve the right to charge you for the excessive element of your usage at your standard text rate. The Free Allowance does not include texts to shortcode services, group text, or picture messages. If you already have a paid-for bundle of minutes and texts on your phone, your Free Allowance will be used before the texts in your paid-for bundle. Free Allowance texts do not count towards free Daily Bonus texts.

General: We reserve the right to change or withdraw all or any part of this promotion if it becomes uneconomical, technically impractical or otherwise not fulfilling its purpose to you or us.  If we do, we will give you as much notice as we reasonably can.

Pay As You Go Handset Upgrades

Who: Virgin Mobile Pay As You Go Customers.

  1. Any registered Pay As You Go Virgin Mobile UK customer will be eligible for a discount off the price of a new Virgin Mobile phone (excluding a joining pack) equivalent to £10 for every £100 of Spend their Virgin Mobile number has at the time of redemption, up to a maximum discount of £100, provided that that number used the Promoter's chargeable services at least 3 months before redemption of discount and the user/number is not suspended or disconnected. The new Virgin mobile phone must be purchased directly from Virgin Mobile. A delivery charge of £7.99 applies to web and phone orders.
  2. 'Spend' is the total amount of airtime used on calls and texts by that single telephone number whilst on the Virgin Mobile Pay As You Go UK network, including VAT, over the lesser of the last 24 whole calendar months or the whole calendar months since the Spend for that telephone number was last used to obtain a discount.. Spend is only calculated on calls and texts. Data, games, downloads and Blackberry passes do not contribute to eligible spend. Spend excludes airtime used as part of a Bundle or Fixed Bundle Voucher. Spend incurred whilst abroad will form the Spend for the month in which Promoter receives the data, which may be different to when the Spend took place. Spend is updated monthly between the 6th and 15th day of each month. For the avoidance of doubt, the discount can increase or decrease from one month to the next as the calculation is based on Spend over a 24 month rolling period.
  3. Only one discount may be used per phone. If more than one phone is bought, the discount will be used on the most expensive phone. Unless otherwise specified, the discount can be used with other offers or promotions except offers or promotions from affiliates. A discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any refunds will return the amount actually paid for the phone(s) and will redeem the Spend used by the redemption of the discount. Promoter may alter or end the promotion at any time and will give as much notice as Promoter is reasonably able. Employer's consent must be obtained if they pay the phone bill for the number used to redeem the discount.
