Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is open to all Virgin Media customers aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Virgin Media Limited, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. There is a maximum of 1 entry per person.
3. To enter the promotion entrants must rent ONE of the titles below on Virgin Movies between 3rd February - 21st February (inclusive):

4. Prizes:
   There is one TOP prize of a Shrek's Adventure! London family trip, travel costs, and an overnight stay. Shrek's Adventure! London family trip comprises of 2 adults aged 16+ and 2 children aged under 16 or 1 adult aged 16+ and 3 children under 16.
5. Travel costs will be covered up to a total value of £300. Overnight accommodation comprises of a one night stay in a central London 4 star hotel. Accommodation will comprise of a family room, sleeping 2 adults and 2 children. Dates must be mutually agreed between the winner and Merlin Entertainments. Merlin Entertainments shall have the right to approve or disapprove the selected dates in its absolute discretion. Dates are subject to availability.
6. There are 5 runner-up prizes of Shrek goody bags, consisting of a Shrek's Adventure! London photo book, a plush toy, and a mug.
7. In the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, Merlin Entertainments reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the promotion at any time but will always endeavour to minimise the effect on participants to avoid undue disappointment. ©2016 DreamWorks Animation L.L.C.
8. There will be 1 (ONE) winner, receiving the main 1 (ONE) prize of the Shrek Adventure! London family trip. And there will be 5 (FIVE) runner up winners, receiving ONE of FIVE goody bags each. The main prize shall be drawn first, followed by the runner up prizes. Winners will be selected at random by no later than 4th March 2016. Winners will be contacted by phone or email and notified of their win.
9. The prize must be taken before 31st December 2016.
10. All entrants and the winner must be 18 or older or have signed authorisation form from a parent or guardian who must be in attendance for the trip. Proof of identity and age may be required.
11. Prize can only be used as stipulated, is not transferable to another individual and cannot be exchanged for cash or used in any other way. Sale of the Prize for profit is prohibited.
12. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or ticket.
13. Prize must be taken as a complete package.
14. Any purported or attempted transfer or sale of or other misuse of the day entry tickets will render them automatically void.
15. The winners and their companions are responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, including spending money, telephone calls, personal items, merchandise and souvenirs, incidental costs, any additional hotel rooms, all alcoholic drinks, meals or refreshments, or taxes or expenses which may be incurred by the winners in claiming the prizes.
16. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
17. The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to contact each winner, however if the winner cannot be contacted or the Promoter doesn't receive a response within 24 hours of notification, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.
18. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of entry.
19. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
20. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility or liability for communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to notification of any winner.
21. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
23. Personal data collected in the course of this promotion will be used for administering the promotion only and destroyed thereafter.
24. The name and county of the winner/s will be made available after 4th March 2016 by sending an SAE to Shrek Adventure! London prize draw, Griffin House, 161 Hammersmith Road, Hammersmith, London, W6, 8BS.
