Phone Review & Mobile Bonus - the legal stuff

Mobile bonus

You must be taking one of the qualifying home phone call plans in order to be eligible to receive a mobile bonus. Maximum mobile bonus is £10 a month. Mobile bonus can be used on any Virgin Mobile number which is: (a) registered at the same address as the home phone number linked to the call plan; and (b) on a SIM-only or handset Pay Monthly contract with a monthly tariff of £15 or above except where: (i) the home phone account is more than 30 days in arrears; (ii) the home phone number is suspended; (iii) the Virgin Mobile number is subject to a discounted tariff; or (iv) the Virgin Mobile number is part of a corporate account. Mobile bonus cannot be applied to more than one Virgin Mobile number. Mobile bonus can be moved wholly between Virgin Mobile numbers as long as the above qualifying criteria are met.

Talk International £2

Talk International £2 call charges apply for those customers paying the additional Talk International £2 monthly subscription (please refer to our Telephone Price Guide at www.virginmedia.com/phone for details of subscription and call charges). Where there is no Mobile call charge specified the landline charge will apply. All calls are subject to a connection charge. You must keep your Talk International £2 package for at least 30 days. Talk International £5

Includes 250 minutes of calls to landlines in 30 International destinations and calls to mobiles in 6 destinations each month (see below for included countries). Minutes over above 250 charged at 2p per minute plus prevailing call connection charge. You must keep your Talk International £5 package must be kept for at least 30 days. Available to Virgin Phone customers only. We reserve the right to vary the inclusive minutes and/or the countries included within the Talk International £5 package.
