In your basket, simply choose how much you wish to top-up by (from £10 to £50) and then decide which of the three JAM Packs you’d like to add.

Remember that our packs will only refresh every 30 days if you have sufficient top-up credit, so if you choose a £10 JAM pack, be sure to top-up by at least £10.

Once you’ve received your SIM, pop in the right size for your mobile, and you’ll be loaded and ready to go.

Getting started

Once you've popped your SIM card in your phone, here’s how to ensure your JAM Pack renews next month:


To check your balance, top-up and ensure you have access to our extra benefits (such as WiFi hotspots or Virgin Red Rewards), sign up at virginmedia.com/register.

Top up

Top-up by at least £10 before your JAM Pack is due to renew. There are lots of easy ways to this:

  • Register a debit or credit card and login to Your Account
  • download the My Account app
  • text “Buy Jam 10/15/20” to 789789 (for example “Buy JAM 10”)
  • top-up by voucher or by E Top-Up card, wherever you see the green top-up sign.

Any phone you buy online will come loaded with £10 credit.
