We‘ll even send you prepaid packaging to post it back. If you Pay As You Go you will be charged for any airtime you have used according to our Pay As You Go tariff. If you Pay Monthly you will be charged for any airtime you have used. Calls and texts prior to return will be charged at 31p per minute and 13p per text.

Eligibility: These mobile tariffs are only available to Virgin Media customers who subscribe to at least one of the following Virgin Media National or cable services: television, residential phone or broadband (the "Services"). If you no longer subscribe to any of the Services you will not be eligible to receive the exclusive tariffs. You will then revert to the standard Virgin Mobile tariff closest in value to your tariff the month after your Services end or at the end of any fixed term contract you have entered into for the mobile services.

Addict Extra: Only available to Virgin Media customers who subscribe to at least one of the following Virgin Media national or cable service: television, residential phone or broadband (the "Services"). If you no longer subscribe to any of the Services you will not be eligible to receive Addict Extra. You will then revert to the standard Addict tariff or, if not available, the then standard Pay As You Go tariff. Customers must register for Addict Extra at my.virginmedia.com.
