  • Get your SIM delivered at no extra cost
  • Next day courier delivery for phones and devices – you pay nothing more, just part of our service
  • You get to choose the delivery day of your phone including Saturdayincluding Saturday (with no extra charge)
  • You can also choose a delivery up to 21 days into the future – perfect if you’re still in contract


The details

Phone deliveries:

  • Don’t forget, you or another adult will need to be in to sign for your phone. But if you’re out, our nice courier will leave a note to arrange re-delivery when it suits you
  • You must have your phone delivered to your home address. This is to stop any naughty people using your details to order phones fraudulently. Boo!
  • You’ll get a tracking ID so you know where your package is at all times

SIM card deliveries:

  • You don’t have to be home in order to receive your new SIM card
  • Your SIM card comes in an envelope that the postie can pop straight through your letter box. Easy!
  • Your SIM will arrive in 3-5 working days with Royal Mail 1st Class delivery
  • You still need to have it sent to your home address so we know it’s definitely you who’s signed up.
