We offer 14 day returns and exchanges when you buy online

  • Order with confidence with our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and a 14 day right to cancel
  • Our goal is for you to be happy with your new phone or SIM card
  • If you change your mind, you can return your product within 14 days of receiving it – or arrange to exchange it
  • We’ll even send you free postage and packaging to send it back. Easy.


The details

It’s easy to arrange a return or exchange:

  • Simply ring our friendly customer service team. Dial 789 from your Virgin Media SIM or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone (standard charges apply)
  • A return or exchange will be sorted for you in no time at all
  • Remember your phone will need to be in as ‘new’ condition as possible and in its original packaging to return it
  • And don’t forget, you’ll need to pay for any mobile services you’ve used up until the time you return your phone or SIM
