It’s our goal to make sure you’re totally happy with your Virgin Mobile product. That’s why we include free delivery with all orders at no extra cost and let you pick a day that suits you to receive your new phone. Plus we offer a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. Not bad, eh?

 

We include a warranty as standard on all devices. Yup – we’ve got your back if your phone goes wrong

  • If your phone breaks down under normal use, we’ll handle the process to get it up and running again, free of charge
  • If we can repair it, we’ll do it free of charge
  • If we can’t repair it, we’ll replace it with an ‘as new’ model of the same specifications
  • Most phone models are covered for 24 months apart from iPhone, which is covered for 12 months


The details

  • Don’t forget, warranty only covers breakage due to defective parts or design with normal use (so we can’t help if your phone takes a swim in a pint)
  • - Unfortunately our warranty can’t cover normal wear and tear, malicious or accidental damage. But you can certainly check out our Virgin Media Protect phone insurance which does protect you for loss, theft and damage.
