When and how will I receive my voucher code?

You will receive your Compliments Select voucher code once completing the 28-day cooling off period via email from Edenred, an approved third-party supplier. Within your email you will find a 16 digit code and a link to the Compliments Select site. Once in the site you can redeem your code for a range of vouchers. After making your selection and checking out, your vouchers will be posted to you within 2-3 working days. If you do not receive your vouchers within 7 days, please contact Edenred on VirginMedia-031@Edenred.com.

Will I get an email notification?

You will receive an email from Virgin Media soon after signing up confirming your eligibility of the Compliments Select voucher, it reminds you that you will receive an email with your voucher code 28 days post installation. The second email from Edenred will include your 16 digit voucher code that allows you to select your preferred retailer on the Compliments Select site.

Does the offer work online and in-store?

The John Lewis and Marks & Spencer vouchers can be used to purchase online as well as in store. The Amazon voucher can only be redeemed online. Both the John Lewis and Marks & Spencer vouchers will be delivered as a card whereas you will be receiving a paper e-code for Amazon.

How do I redeem this voucher?

You receive your 16 digit Compliments Select voucher code by email (after completing your 28-day cooling off period). You will find instructions on how to go onto the Compliments Select site via a unique URL explain and how to select your preferred retailer. Once you’ve made your decision, check out and your voucher will be sent via post within 2-3 working days.

What do I do if I haven't received my voucher code or the voucher code doesn't work?

If you haven’t received your Compliments Select email containing your 16 digit code from Edenred (after completing your 28-day cooling off period), firstly check your email Junk or Spam folders. If you still cannot find it then please contact Edenred on the email below. Likewise in the unlikely event that your code does not work, please contact Edenred on VirginMedia-031@Edenred.com.

How long is the voucher code valid for?

The 16 digit code you receive by email must be redeemed through the Compliments Select site within 90 days. We are unable to re-issue codes that have not been redeemed during this time. Once you receive your vouchers you will have a minimum of 12 months to use them with your chosen retailer.

Can I change my voucher after the order is complete?

No, please double check you have selected the correct retailer when checking out on the Compliments Select site as vouchers cannot be exchanged once issued.

Can I exchange the voucher for cash?

You can only select retail vouchers from the retailers offered, there is no cash alternative.

What happens if I lose my vouchers once they have been received?

Please look after your vouchers and keep them safe, neither Virgin Media nor Edenred can replace your vouchers once you have taken delivery of them if they are subsequently lost or stolen.
