When and how will I get my voucher code?

You’ll be sent your Compliments Select access code after your services have been installed for 28 days. Keep an eye out for an email from Edenred, an approved third-party supplier. Within that email you’ll find a 16 digit code and a link to the Compliments Select site. Once you’re on the site you can choose your voucher/s from a range of retailers. After making your selection and checking out, your vouchers will be posted to you within 2-3 working days. If you have any issues with this process or you do not receive your vouchers within 7 days of choosing them, click on the ‘Contact Us’ option, in the top right hand corner of the Compliments Select site and Edenred will help resolve the matter.

Will I get an email notification?

Yes. You’ll receive an email from us here at Virgin Media soon after signing up, that confirms you’re eligible to get a voucher. It reminds you that you’ll receive an email with your voucher code 28 days post installation. The second email from Edenred will include your 16 digit voucher code that allows you to select your preferred retailer on the Compliments Select site. Easy.

Does the offer work online and in store?

In the Compliments Select site there is a wide range of retail partner vouchers available to you. The majority will allow purchase/redemption online as well as in store. Amazon vouchers can only be used online.

How do I redeem this voucher?

You’ll receive your 16 digit Compliments Select voucher code by email (after completing your 28-day cooling off period). In that email, you’ll find a unique link to the Compliments Select site as well as some easy steps explaining how to select your preferred retailer. Once you’ve made your decision, just check out and your voucher will be sent in the post within 2-3 working days.

What if I don't get my Compliments Select access code?

Firstly check your email Junk or Spam folders. If you still can’t find it just get in touch with Edenred by clicking on the ‘Contact Us’ option, in the top right hand corner of the Compliments Select site and they will help resolve the matter.

What if my Compliments Select access code doesn’t work?

If you haven’t received your Compliments Select email containing your 16 digit code from Edenred (after being installed for 28 days), don’t panic! Firstly check your email Junk or Spam folders. If you still can’t find it just get in touch with Edenred by clicking on the ‘Contact Us’ option, in the top right hand corner of the Compliments Select site and they will help resolve the matter.

How long is my voucher code valid for?

The 16 digit code you receive by email must be redeemed through the Compliments Select site within 90 days. We can’t re-issue codes that haven’t been redeemed during this time, sorry. Once you receive your vouchers you have a minimum of 12 months to use them at your chosen retailer.

Can I change my voucher after the order is complete?

No, sorry. Vouchers can’t be exchanged once issued. So make sure you double check you’ve selected the right retailer for you, when checking out on the Compliments Select site.

Can I exchange the voucher for cash?

You can only select vouchers from the retailers offered, there's no cash alternative, sorry.

What happens if I lose my vouchers once they have been received?

Please look after your vouchers and keep them safe! Neither Virgin Media nor Edenred can replace your vouchers once they've been delivered to you and then lost or stolen.
