Here at Virgin Mobile we’re always considering the value our customers get by being on our network.

In an effort to help clarify the fair usage policy of our Big Data & Texts and Big Talk tariffs, we've decided to replace the unlimited texts rewards with a 3000 capped text limit.

FAQs

When will my rewards change to 3000 texts?
For our current Big Data & Texts and Big Talk customers, the text limit will change from 1st March 2014. If you top up by at least £10 in February, you'll get your rewards in March as usual. New customers joining these tariffs for the first time will get 3000 texts as standard from 1st February 2014.
Will this change affect my rewards this month?
No, your rewards will not change until 1st March. Any rewards you currently have will not be affected, so you can still send unlimited texts right up until this date.
Can I keep track of my allowances?

Yes! Just text the word "ANY" to 789000 and we’ll send you your current balance in a free SMS. Alternatively, if you have an internet enabled phone, just go to m.virginmedia.com/account to access your account details. Or, just text ACCOUNT to 80150 and we'll send you the link.

Is anything else changing on my tariff?
Nope. You’ll still get all your other Big tariff rewards, including great data rewards on Big Data and Texts, unlimited minutes to landlines and 120 minutes to UK mobiles on Big Talk.
