Virgin Media services terms & conditions

None of the Virgin Media companies can guarantee to supply you with service on the basis of this order. If you do not already receive Virgin Media services we will carry out a credit check on you by searching credit reference agencies. They will supply us with credit information, including information from the Electoral Register, about you and those with whom you are linked financially. They will record details of the search whether or not this application proceeds. Credit-scoring methods may be used to assess this application and to verify your identity.

If false or inaccurate information is provided and fraud is identified, details will be passed to fraud prevention agencies to prevent fraud and money laundering. Further details explaining how the information held by fraud prevention agencies may be used is set out in our Terms and Conditions or available on request from us. Deposits may be charged and you may be required to settle outstanding balances. Acceptance of online orders is subject to provision of valid bank account details to allow payment by Direct Debit. Please note that the bank account must be in the name of the account holder. The web discount offer is only available for orders completed online. This discount will be applied to your first bill. You agree to take each service (ie. Virgin TV, PTV, internet and/or phone service) for your minimum contract term.

You give us the right to connect, maintain and remove our Equipment on your property. On acceptance of your order we will notify you by email to confirm the date and time of your installation. You will also be sent a full Welcome Pack and Contract by post that will detail our Terms and Conditions in full and which you must return to us signed by you.

Your use of the services will be governed by our Terms and Conditions.
