Orange Is The New Black #Cellfie Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Virgin Media Limited, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with this promotion. Entrants must be active on social media (Facebook and Twitter), be prepared to tweet and post on Facebook about their experiences and also take part in reasonable post-competition publicity.

2. There is a maximum of 1 entry per person.

3. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter.

4. To enter the promotion entrants are required to tweet the Virgin Media Twitter account or post on the Virgin Media Facebook page their best prison like selfie (‘Cellfie’) and also display their best prison nickname, with the hashtag #Cellfie.

5. All entries must be received between the launch of the competition on Monday the 18th of May 2015 and 23:59 on Friday 22nd May 2015. Entries received outside of this time frame will not be accepted.

6. Prizes: Orange Is The New Black Fan Experience:

2 x Entry to OITNB Fan Experience Day in New York. The Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Event tickets, flights, 4 nights’ accommodation, transfers to and from the hotel in New York are included. Other fees (i.e. Visa fees) will need to be paid for by the winners. The winner will be responsible for travel to and from the UK airport. Outbound flight will be on 10th or 11th June 2015 with the inbound flight on the 13th or 14th June 2015 with accommodation covered over the same date range. Flights can be from any UK airport. All subject to availability. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they are available to travel on the dates provided.

7. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges on 3 main criteria: [1] The creativity and originality of the ‘Cellfie’. [2] The creativity and originality of the prison nickname and [3] The social activity of the entrant.

8. The winner(s) must document and promote their experience through their social media channel(s) and will need to present their experience to be used for post event communications.

9. If, for any reason, the winner is unable to make the trip then an alternative winner will be selected.

10. The promoter reserves to right to use any photos and videos taken by the winners for marketing purposes.

11. The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to contact each winner, however if the winner cannot be contacted or the Promoter doesn’t receive a response within 24 hours of notification, the Promoter may deem the prize as forfeited.

12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of entry.

13. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

14. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility or liability for communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to notification of any winner.

15. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

17. Personal data collected in the course of this promotion will be used for administering the promotion only and destroyed thereafter.

18. The name and county of the winner/s will be made available after 25th June 2015 by sending an SAE to OITNB Competition, Griffin House, 161 Hammersmith Road, Hammersmith, London, W6, 8BS.
