Exertis. They’re a 3rd party distributor who arrange delivery from UK mail. And they’re very nice people.

How long after ordering will I receive my wireless speaker?

Exertis will dispatch your wireless speaker 28 days from when you have your Virgin Media services installed. Easy!

Will I get an email notification?

Yes. We’ll send you an email to let you know your wireless speaker will arrive 28 days after installation. It should arrive two days after you place your order, so keep an eye out. After 28 days we’ll send another email to let you know your wireless speaker is on its way.

Can I return a faulty wireless speaker to a Virgin Media store?

No, sorry. If your wireless speaker is faulty, get in touch with Exertis, and they' will be happy to help. Virgin Media stores aren’t able to process returns.

Can I change the delivery address or customer name for the wireless speaker?

Unfortunately not, sorry. Your contact details are as per your installation details and can’t be changed.

Can I exchange the wireless speaker for cash?

Sorry, we’re afraid that’s not an option. But it’s great so you won’t want to!.

How much is the wireless speaker worth?

Your wireless speaker is worth £99. Isn’t that grand?

Does the wireless speaker have a warranty?

Yes, your wireless speaker comes with a 3 year Pure manufacturer warranty. So if anything goes amiss, you have peace of mind.

When will the voucher be sent to me?
You will receive an email from virginmediarewards@exertis.co.uk to confirm that your speaker is on its way and this will include instructions for downloading your music. Please add this email address to your spam filter so that you don’t miss it.
What happens if my voucher code doesn’t work?
There will be a Contact Us link on the download site, just drop them a line and they’ll resolve any problems.
What if there’s a problem with my downloads?
Just use the Contact Us section of the music website and the downloads will be reissued.
How long do I have to collect my downloads?
You need to collect your downloads before the end of September 2016. You will not be able to redeem your code or download music beyond this date.
