Bolt’s Balls Facebook Competition Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Virgin Media Limited, their immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
2. There is a maximum of 1 entry per person.
3. All entries must be received between the launch time on 17th July and midnight on the 20th July. Entries received outside of this time frame will not be accepted.
4. To enter the promotion, entrants must ‘like’ Virgin Media on Facebook and then correctly guess where Usain Bolt has kicked a ball using an axis on the image and enter their answer in the ‘comment’ field below the question on the Virgin Media Facebook page.
5. The Winners: There will be 4 winners – 1 selected from the correct entries on each day of the competition - who will be chosen by way of a random draw on 21st July.
6. Each winner will receive: A JVC Smart 40” LED TV, Xbox One, Fifa 14 and 12 months of Virgin Media TV service (Big Kahuna Sports package) with free installation. The Virgin Media TV Service is subject to winner living within a cabled area. This service is not transferable or refundable should winner not live within a cabled area. After the twelve months free period the price reverts to standard prices (currently £45 a month+ Virgin Phone line for £15.99 a month), at which point the winner may choose to cancel or downgrade their service without incurring any extra costs. During the twelve months free period and subsequently, you will be charged for any landline calls made that are not included within the calls package included in the bundle and also any On Demand events. This prize requires the winner to set up a Direct Debit and use eBilling. If the winner prefers not to set up a Direct Debit, they will incur a £5 payment handling fee payable to Virgin Media payments. If the winner prefers paper bills, the fee is £1.75 per month. 7. The prize is subject to Virgin Media receiving all appropriate consents (such as landlord’s consent) to install the services. Winner is subject to credit and status checks.
8. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
9. The winners will be notified on Facebook of their success within 24 hours of the prize draw date.
10. The Promoter will make every reasonable effort to contact each winner, however if the winner cannot be contacted or the Promoter doesn’t receive a response within 24 hours, the Promoter may deem the prize as forfeited.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of entry.
12. Owing to exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
13. The Promoter does not assume any responsibility or liability for communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to notification of any winner.
14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions
16. Personal data collected in the course of this promotion will be used for administering the promotion only and destroyed thereafter.
